A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from Sulekha Holidays. Verbal confirmations are not binding.
All prices are per person unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel costs, currency exchange rates, or government taxes. Confirmed bookings at a quoted price will not be affected.
A minimum advance of 25% is required to confirm the booking. Balance payment must be completed 15 days before the tour departure date.
Sulekha Holidays acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and activity providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party service providers beyond our control.
It is the traveller's responsibility to carry valid ID proof, passport (for international tours), and all necessary travel documents. Sulekha Holidays is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control while maintaining the overall quality of the experience.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
